People skanking everywhere to this great tune, especially to the 12" discomix with it's wicked dub at the end. The 12" was one of reggae label Greensleeves first releases in this format, catalogue number GRED5. The 1978 debut album Headline News had catalogue number GREL7. Another one of those fine reissues by Secret Records. Boat to Zion by The Mighty Maytones was issued on the UK based Burning Sounds label in the late 70's, the heyday of Jamaican roots reggae. Produced by Alvin Ranglin of GG's records, the album has a beautiful country feel with lots of horns, GG's trademark quality.
