В апреле в Госдуму был внесён законопроект, актуальный для работников Крайнего Севера и приравненных к ним местностях. ⠀ Изменения хотят внести в ст.325 ТК. ⠀ Сейчас у работников КС есть право на оплату стоимости проезда и провоза багажа к месту отдыха - раз в два года и по территории РФ. ⠀ ☝В новой редакции статьи это право будет распространяться на поездки по территории СНГ. ⠀ В пояснительной записке к проекту говорится, что инициатива связана с тем, что в советские времена осваивать Дальний Восток и Крайний Север приезжали из всего СССР. ⠀ Второе обоснование - такая мера позволит "укрепить добрососедские отношения и будет способствовать притоку кадров". ⠀ Инициатива, по-моему, прекрасная, только жаль, что реализовывать её будут опять на деньги работодателей. ⠀ В экономическом обосновании прямо сказано, что "Принятие проекта не потребует дополнительных средств из федерального бюджета, бюджетов субъектов РФ, бюджетов государственных внебюджетных фондов". ⠀ Будем отслеживать развитие событий ⠀ Ссылка на законопроект: http://sozd.duma.gov.ru/bill/679402-7 ⠀ Активная ссылка доступна на канале в Телеграмм. IPR : simply refers to the ( inflow performance relationships) determine what reservoir can deliver to the wellbore. Basically IPR showed as a plot ( which relation between BHFP and flow rates ) and that plot are represented with some other data like ( VLP, choke performance, HLP ) by productions & reservoirs engineers for deciding about the optimum flow rate and design subsurface and surface equipment. Also the life of Well. In theory their are several methods which are used to makes IPR plot which are : A) Darcy ( which is used when BHFP and BHSP above bubble point). B) Vogel ( used for oil reservoirs). C) Fetkovich ( mostly used, because it used for both oil and gas reservoir, also above or below bubble point ). And their are others methods which around 20, but above are the most used. In field operations or work life, several software like ( Prosper.. Etc ) uses for plotting IPR which most accurate and makes work easier, because it is too hard to done it by hand. All of methods are run in the software and you can choose what is more accurate for you condition.
