Flexibility over control or the other way around? BALANCE is the key ! Flexibility is great but so are mobility and strength (plus they are way more fun for me ) that’s why my practice is a mix of both, to give my body everything it needs! Here you have the SAME FLOW, once done in a “flexibility key” and once in a “strength/control key”. Do you talk about your emotions? Do you trust people? Watching this kind of video makes me realise how much I’ve changed and grown in my relationships.. as someone who had trust issues and strong personal space boundaries, this is a sort of progress for me (not in the hug people team yet) opening about myself, my emotions and my personal life is something that comes still VERY HARD to me... physically painful sometimes, I don’t like to feel vulnerable, but I guess that’s where real strength is. Do you accept or run from challenges? This house floor is totally uneven and makes my practice very challenging, above all upside down, and somehow I find myself always playing around with inversions here. Day one in NY has been so good to us! Spent the afternoon at @rebekahletch and it is always so nice to spend time with this inspiring woman! I love this photo of me and @martina_sergi because I think it represents us and our friendship pretty well. At a first sight is a mirroring pose, “similar”, but if you look at it it’s actually a complementary composition and the opposite colours add more meaning to it.
