Sem o uso de herbicidas nem pesticidas, assim se cuidam as Vinhas Centenárias, de agricultura orgânica na Quinta do Vallado. Trabalho duro, mas elas merecem! .

Without the use of herbicides or pesticides, this is how we care for our Centenary Vineyards, organically farmed. It's tough work, but they deserve it! .

☀️ What’s your favorite time/month/season of the year?
✌For us, it’s certainly spring. Soft light, gentle breeze, colors lean and contrast, and all the things that paint a sense of renewal. It’s the perfect time to visit vineyards, drink from cellars, and celebrate uncomplicated moments with friends.

Founded in 2001 on a hill formerly known as Poggio dei Fossi in the southeastern Sicilian province of Siracusa, the Cantina Marilina estate is currently run by the Paternò sisters, Marilina and Federica. Their philosophy reflects a deep respect for the land, with organic farming and natural winemaking. Influenced by Frank Cornelissen, the guru of natural winemaking on Mount Etna, they favor strict minimal intervention and additives.
⠀
