My Tom Ford Private Blend collection. I love Tom Ford... and I hate Tom Ford. I very much enjoy many TF fragrances, but those prices! When you get over $200 US for a 50ml bottle of perfume comprised virtually entirely of man-made aroma-chemicals, there's something crazy going on. And now with the intense and other special editions we have over $300 price tags for 50ml. The good news is that many of them can be found at discounters, though still not cheap. Enough about money, what about the fragrances themselves? Some complain that they are too linear and synthetic. Some fragrances are linear. That has never bothered me, so isn't an issue. Sure, they don't smell natural. If that's your thing, there are other houses that will cater to you. Personally, I like a little bit of everything, so if it smells unnaturally weird or avant garde, that's not necessarily a negative. Ignoring the prices, what do you think of TF's Private Blends?
