I'm tired, my love of proving to you what you mean to me It's hidden somewhere in those rare moments when i whisper I love you to you just because i want it to be as magical as the first time i said it to you I hope for you to see it in how there's no one else in the world that i share my vulnerabilities with I thought you were already aware of the happiness the mere sight of your goofy smile could bring to my hardest days or of the healing power your touch had on me everytime your fingers gently stroked my face Maybe you're so used to berating yourself that even all the effort i put into making you see that you're above everyone else for me couldn't uplift your self-esteem I've shed more tears for you than the sky does when it rains heavily every July in Bombay I mended myself again and again, sometimes with our faded memories by the waves on the beach, and sometimes with our favourite whiskey everytime our future together looked bleak So forgive me if it hurts me when you say all i've done is walk away I kept making you believe in me and my love until it broke down all the strong resilient walls that built me And uprooted all the floors that upheld me I kept reinstilling your faith in me until disbelieving in myself became easier and gulping all the pain down my throat, harder than ever So much that, it choked me Today, i decided to crash, instead So forgive me my love for I'm tired now Know that it's because I don't have tears left to shed feelings left to feel and a heart left to bleed Now all i am is shattered concrete . . . . . #lovepoems #poemsaboutlove #spilledthoughts #spilledpoetry #poetsofinstagram #3amthoughts #lovepoem #honestlyworded #indianpoet

Mother Ocean you give us life, Yet we keep stabbing you in the back with a knife. How long will you take this from us? Not sure why you are waiting so long? You know that nothing will change. The stupidity of man is too strong. And all of humanity is too strange. We are waking up now but really it’s too slow. The natural disaster has grown. There is only one message I can give.
