Bahan dasarnya beras ketan, dari segi rasa, hampir mirip dengan lemper, hanya aja ini tanpa isian dan diselimutin sama serundeng
KETAN PUNAR
Bahan:
1 kg beras ketan (rendam selama 1 jam)
1 gelas santan kental
5 lembar daun salam
5 batang sereh
2 jari kunyit
2 jari lengkuas
1 sdt ketumbar
5 siung bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
1 sdm garam
Bahan pelengkap: Serundeng pedas (resep di postingan selanjutnya)
Cara
1. Kukus ketan yang sudah direndam selama satu jam
2. Tumis bumbu, salam dan sereh hingga matang dan harum. Lalu masukan air santan masak hingga mendidih. Lalu angkat dan biarkan hingga suhu santan turun (hangat)
3. Setelah satu jam angkat ketan lalu siram air santan hangat di atasnya, aduk rata
4. Setelah air santan menyerap dan ketan menjadi kesat, kukus kembali ketan selama satu jam dengan api sedang
Note: *jika ketan disiram air santan yg terlalu panas ketan akan sulit empuk*
