1. Plank (1 on elbows, 2 on straight hands, 3 right side plank, 4 left side plank) – 45 sec-1 min
2. Russian twists 20-30
3. Scorpion – 10-15 each side
4. Bear Crawls – 10 each side
5. Back extensions (on ball, hyperextension bench or floor) – 10-15
6. Squat to Overhead Press with barbell – 10-15
7. Overhead forward lunge – 10 each side
8. Stability Ball Jackknife – 10-15
9. Stability Ball leg curl (hip bridge with hamstring curl)– 10-15⠀

So I lied yesterday about deadlifts I woke up this morning and fancied a leg day, so I went and tried. I started with hip thrusters before moving onto some deadlifts, squats and leg press. I stayed low on 70kg for my deadlifts which felt comfortable, I didn’t want to go for strength in today’s session so this suited me just fine. I think my form has improved although I need to keep my neck a bit more neutral. Beside that, it could have been worse! TGIF hey?! HAPPY HUMP DAY! Let’s talk about strong versus skinny. In order to grow your booty you have got to have strength which means you have got to have strong legs to support your booty. You cannot have one without the other. When you see a big butt and super skinny legs, it’s usually not real strength, but rather plastic surgery. It is important to remember that as you develop your booty you will grow all your leg muscles. Don’t be afraid of “big” legs. Always remember those big and STRONG legs are what carry you through life everyday.
