Chilling in my favourite "beer garden" in Pyongyang. ⁣ ⁣ • This is situated outside the Kwangbok Supermarket - a great local supermarket and department store where you can also use local North Korean Won currency. ⁣ ⁣ → There's 3 floors to the department store. ⁣ ⁣ Floor 1: Supermarket ⁣ Floor 2: Homewares and clothes ⁣ Floor 3: Food court ⁣ ⁣ • Just outside the department store is this area which I fondly like to call the "beer garden". It's a great place for North Korean street food, and my all time favourite North Korean snack - imjobap. ⁣ ⁣ • It's also a great place to hang out with locals whilst they're chilling of a weekend. It was so full this time that we had to pull up some plastic chairs and make a makeshift table. ⁣ ⁣ • Here a pint of beer is less than 50 cents! Bargain!

⛰️️⛰️️⁣ ⁣ Absolutely incredible scenes from Mt. Kumgang, North Korea. ⁣ ⁣ ● Mt. Kumgang ⁣ ⁣ Mt. Kumgang is otherwise known as the 'Diamond Mountain'. This is the translation from Korean to English. ⁣ ⁣ It's a 1,638M high mountain in the south of North Korea close to the DMZ border. ⁣ ⁣ The colour of that water, combined with the 30℃ heat, is just TOO tempting. ⁣ HOWEVER. You're not allowed to swim due to it being a protected area. ⁣ (Probably why it's remained so beautiful and clean.)⁣ ⁣ It was my first time to visit this region in North Korea, and wow! ARE THEIR MONUMENTS BIG ? JUST A BIT… • Non seulement les monuments nord coréens sont gigantesques, mais en plus le sens du détail est simplement hallucinant. Composée de plusieurs dizaines de statues représentant tant des soldats que des civils, le monument de la révolution socialisme m’a simplement laissé complètement béat. Peu de pays peuvent, à mon sens, se targuer d’avoir un sens artistique aussi développée. O Mucuvinha estava reclamando que não anda saindo muito nas fotos ultimamente.
