The composition has been created in an experiment for another scent, according to the author, and becomes a separate fragrance due to its intriguing nature. As we do not know the exact list of compounds, wearing the scent is akin to playing Pictionary. Starting with the lavender and leathery accord, the scent gets resinous, exhaling camphor. In its hot breath may appear some roots and nutmeg (maybe in my imagination though). Being woody, the scent shows some chimerical oak, cedar, and vetiver. The dry-down is very gentle compared to the harsh opening. Indulge yourself in a bowl of cherry, inhaling coffee fumes. Very cozy and, dare I say, delicious start, that follows with the patchouli, that plays rough leather (and mint chocolate, from time to time). It gets more woody in the heart with a quite obvious tobacco motif, weaving around amber. And all of a sudden the composition opens to you with an alpaca wool accent: there is a lovely moderate bitterness in it and tangible warmth. A wooden box that has been brought from some distant journey, and now keeps not only warm memories and tangled amber necklaces but also a little key from an unknown lock, a silk tassel, a dried cypress twig... Gentle sandal and rosewood, radiant amber, sweet cedar, some metal of rose. This scent is very cozy and elegant in its monotonous nature. It feels like a pashmina. Spicy notes come up on me only in a very hot weather (for me it is mostly woody scent). Longevity is great as well as its sillage.
