Тесто для тартов и тарталеток ⠀ рубрика - #тортдеко_рецепты автор - @zaremi_daar ⠀ Ингредиенты: ⠀ Песочное тесто 300гр Мука 100гр Сахарная пудра 150гр Слив масло Соль щепотка 1ч.л Ванильный сахар 2шт Яйца ⠀ Приготовление: ⠀ Муку просеять и в месте мукой натираем холодное слив.масло. Перемешиваем хорошо.Добавляем сахарную пудру,и ещё раз перемешиваем. Делаем небольшое углубление и добавляем яйца,соль и ванильный сахар. Замешиваем тесто. Месить тесто не нужно,просто собираем в один большой комок. Тесто кладём в пакет и убираем в холодильник на несколько часов,или в морозильник на 40 минут. Охлаждённое тесто делим  на 2 части, раскатываем в толщину примерно 2 мм. Кладём форму и тесто вырезаем размером больше формочки.(смотрите видео) Распределяем тесто в формочки а лишнее тесто убираем ножом. Прокалываем вилкой дно и бока. Кладём в морозильник на 15 минут. Таким образом тесто не увеличивается в духовке. Our little family was lucky enough to spend the evening with my husbands Uncle who just flew in from California. We ate a yummy meal and traded stories and laughs. . . I personally don’t have a lot of extended family around (my mom is from Northern Canada and my Dad is an only child - I have no aunts or uncles or cousins that even live in the country). . . Since I was a little girl, I have dreamed of huge family get togethers and the hustle and bustle that comes with that. This dream hasn’t been “in the cards” for me yet - but I am hoping that my kids will maybe stick close to home and that one day as their families grow - so will my chances of huge family gatherings. . . I am sooooo looking forward to sharing meals snd reminiscing about memories from years past. Until then - I will savor the time that we spend with our family and friends who come to visit.
