Hi! Yesterday I potted up my Pothos plant that I grew from a cutting. I’m so proud, I hope I don’t end up killing it. Here are the steps I took. Take about a 6” cutting from a Pothos plant. Cut at the notch above a leaf. Note: you don’t want the leaf to sit in water. Place the cutting in a glass of water and place in a bright area; morning sun is good( I placed on my kitchen window sill) and watch it root and grow. Change the water once a week with fresh water. In about 5 months it will be ready to put into soil. (See second photo of the roots.) Plant in a pot with indoor potting soil. Potho plants like indirect light. My Mother plant sits near a window in the living room, where there is no sun, just bright light. Water when soil is dry to the touch. Pothos plants are easy to grow. I have one in my office at work and doesn’t get any sunlight. I’ve had it for 15 years. You can buy a Potho plant from Lowe’s or Home Depot. Now go try it!
