She had grown up into a fine lady and a war general known to her comrades as "Henerala". Sometimes she was seen looking at a shiny silver hand mirror, the night before battles began. She was unbelievably agile in combat that she could flawlessly dodge all her enemy's strikes, as if she could read their exact movements before they even execute it; she fought and won as if she had seen the outcome of every battle. She was later offered to become Katipunan's head of intelligence and military strategist. DARNA: The Martean Invasion A secret history where Darna was originally an alien conquistador soldier from planet Marte that invaded and colonized planets. She died in a war in space and her stone crashed to the Philippines straight to Narda, a high school student obsessed with whitening soap and celebrities. Upon activating Darna's stone and powers, the Marte army detected Darna's presence and was drawn to invade earth, which they saw fit for colonization. Narda only wished on a falling star to become a famous actress but it urned out that she had to defend earth from the Marte invasion, turning Darna into a warrior of light. The Martean armor was made from Martean gold and red leather from Martean dragon skin. They wore helmet visor that concealed their face. The rays from the glowing stone on her forehead creates an illusion of wings, echoing the original winged tiara design.
