Have a balanced lifestyle. Balance your meal with a good protein and the right vegetables. Do not over do it with carbs. .

Props train like beasts and then over indulge on pasta , rice and other carbs. Drinking loads of fizzy drinks and eating various deserts.For some reason they don’t understand why they are not dropping weight or becoming leaner. Be aware of what your are eating. Obviously players that are looking to gain weight, will be following a different routine. Be smart educate yourself on what you need, to achieve your goals. .

Don’t get me wrong I believe in that cheat meal or day as well but don’t go over board. Live a balanced lifestyle to help become better at what you are doing .

Core work is one of the most important elements to being strong at scrum time . You need to constantly work at it. Here I am trying out an exercise with @infunctional_training_therapie . By using the @keiserfitness machine and elastic , it makes it more difficult to hold this position. During a scrum you must able to maintain a strong position for as long as possible without losing your shape. Make sure you are doing scrum core work during your gym routines . It’s all about those little extras! Have a super week everyone ! .
