#LorenzoTheBeerCat is not afraid to admit that @rusticales (aka- Sante Adairius Rustic Ales, aka-SARA) has quietly become our favorite maker of Sour & Farmhouse ales from California. So when we had the opportunity to trade for one of our favorites and two new brews we never had, we jumped at the opportunity. The pink bottle is our first Exclusive Members Only bottle, Our Congregation, a barrel aged Saison with raspberries & cherries . Next is our favorite SARA beer, West Ashley, (Sorry Westly we have not drank you yet ), a Saison aged in French Oak Pinot Noir barrels with apricots. Last is Fruit Punch #3, a mixed fermentation Saison with Passion Fruit, Guava, and Pineapple . Cheers to Rustic Ales for always producing high quality craft beers that never disappoint. Visiting SARA and perhaps even being an exclusive bottle member are certainly on our Craft Beer Bucket List. Humbled to have my long time beer friend @itsmattscott staying with me and bringing goodies. These festivals are always excellent, and I’m very excited to see people from all over at @otherhalfnyc today for the release, the @tradesonlybro / @beerwithflavor convention tomorrow, and finally Green City Saturday.

Elements of Composition never ceases to amaze me and thanks to an extremely generous friend in @nomsandbeer , I had the chance to have all 3 batches in one sitting. Each blend, having been bottled at a different location, really showcases that respective breweries’ cultures and personality. I must say that Blend 3 is tasting mighty fine right out the gate, wasn’t expecting to be wowed by it as much as I was. With the collaboration now complete and all three truly unique variations released, I’m not too sure when I’ll be able to have these side by side again, but I hope that day comes! . Call me mini @aleauteur with this shot too
