I am not a morning person and I do not have time to wash and do my hair when I wake up so this is my routine every time my hair is loose. Before I go to bed, i put my hair up in a loose pony tail on top of my head (called a pineapple ) and put my Slap cap on. It doesn't move or come off all night! I get up, get ready and take it off right before I leave! That's it!!! I can do this for 3-4 nights before washing again or putting up in a bun or another protective style. My hair stays perfect and I don't need to retouch! I suggest all my curly girls get one. It's been a life saver. Making styles last, taking care of my cuticle(to decrease frizz), & PRESERVING MY MOISTURE LEVELS has been my main concern thus far in my natural hair journey. I've been wearing my satin lined cap from @graceeleyae @satinlinedcaps for my twists, to deep condition, & preserve my curls over night for a while now & I'm loving it so much that I need more colors for autumn.
