WHAT A WEEKEND I cannot get over how blessed and truly overwhelmed with love I feel. I still cannot even find the right words!!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ To my best friends @chelseakell + @daniellenicole817 for spending the most gorgeous day on the beach with me and somehow keeping this surprise under wraps (danielle I’m looking at you ), to my mom for being the perfect decoy in her white linen suit and for @tim_mazza not being able to hang onto the ring for more than 48hrs. I love you all so much! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ A perfect day on the beach, followed by lots of champagne, a fabulous dinner with my parents and everyone + ended the night watching a Bruce cover band at one of my favorite shore bars. If you know anything about me, you know this is my perfect day ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Thank you to our beautiful friends @angelicap_franco + @dfrancs14 for letting us crash your 1st annual BBQ with our celebration . It couldn’t have been a better way to celebrate! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ And to Tim, my best friend, my soul mate...you’re stuck with me now! I love you with every fiber of my being now + forever how did I get this lucky?!

found ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I have no idea what day of the week it is, I lost track of how many frozen cocktails, glasses of wine and titos + clubs I’ve had, I’ve spent quality time with some of my most favorite people and breathed in so much salt air I think it’s safe to say I’m just drunk on life at this point. What a difference a month makes. ‍♀️ #blessed #findyourbeach

two months ago I was burnt out, experiencing the worst migraines + pain I’d ever had, not sleeping, acne all over my back + face, and just plain exhausted in every sense of the word. I kept it together for the most part before the migraines entered the scene bc my meditation game was strong + mentally I can handle *almost* anything. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But the thing is burn out isn’t happening to you, it’s happening for you. It’s calling your attention to a bigger issue, one that you’ve ignored for far too long. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Since leaving Soul and my fitness career behind, I believe I’ve finally stepped into alignment. Things I’ve spent years manifesting have happened almost over night and I’m finally able to help others in he best way I know how. But I had to help myself first. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Is it scary quitting your job?! Yes. Do I have an amazing support system?! Without a doubt. Do I feel guilty about it?! Almost daily. But I know for sure what I needed in this season of my life was this. I needed to be my best self so I can run, full speed ahead, toward all my crazy dreams. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Have I manifested becoming a millionaire yet?! No. But what fun would it be if I was rolling in the dough with no cool story or lessons of how I got there?!? Zero. ‍♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So I’m working on my story now, while I sit by the beach and reflect on how simple life really is and how it’s ok that my credit score might not be perfect today or that I may or may not have had to use most of my savings up over these past few months since quitting my job. Its ok because I’m so certain it’s only temporary. It’s all part of the journey and one day I’ll laugh at it all. (And pay everyone back ) #trustthetiming ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So cheers to anyone else winging it as they go! Trusting their intuition against all odds and laughing at themselves along the way. ✨ #wegotthis
