Моя история вторых родов ⠀ Дату родов я загадала себе ещё как только забеременела: 8 января❤️ хотя ПДР ставили на 15 число, но я чувствовала, что начну рожать в ночь с 7 на 8и вот наступило рождество, в час ночи я написала своим девочкам, что похоже моё предсказание не сбудется и спокойно легла спать, но проснувшись в 3:30 поняла: вот оно, началось Отошли воды, я радостная пошла разбудила мужа, он сказал отлично, отвернулся к стенке и дальше спать а я пошла сходила в душ, дособирала нужные вещи и в 6 утра мы поехали в род дом там меня приняли, заполнили многочисленные бумажки и я устроилась в предродовой палате. По началу раскрытие шло ооочень медленно: при поступлении было два пальца, в 11 утра три пальца, стабильных схваток не было, и я уже начала сомневаться, что сегодня рожу ещё и изжога напоследок решила подкинуть дровишек, все полыхало так, что я ни сидеть, ни лежать не могла, ходила делала селфи и переписывалась с девчонками) через каждые 2 часа писали ктг, я активно присаживалась на схватках и скакала на мяче) Акушерка часто заходила, подбадривала меня, давала советы, гладила по животу и говорила, что скоро мы уже встретимся в 15.30 следующий осмотр - раскрытие 5 пальцев, схватки стали частыми и очень болючими дальше для меня все было как в тумане, между схватками меня вырубало в сон, силы были на исходе, но открыв глаза на очередной схватке я поняла - тужит на часах было 16.40 - раскрытие 8 см, сказали приседать на схватках, это было весьма не просто моя акушерка к сожалению отработала свою смену, попрощалась со мной, а я поняла что терпеть больше не могу и по стеночке выдвинулась в родовую там я взобралась на кресло-кровать (кстати мне кажется оно было удобнее, чем в первые роды), надели на меня сорочку, бахилы, поставили капельницу и акушерка выдала: “подожди, сейчас я в соседнюю отойду, там тоже девочка рожает, ты подыши пока” что, что простите ту минуту пока ее не было я пыхтела как паровоз и думала только бы не родить, только бы не родить тут она вернулась, сказала, что «там всего 8 см, а ты уже готова, так что давай по быстренькому родим», а ну ок, че продолжение в карусели ➡️

Jelikož jste si to sami odhlasovali, tak zde mám pro vás porovnávací foto přesně 14 dní před porodem a dnes je to přesně 14 dní po porodu ☝ Je až neskutečný jak to tělo funguje a co všechno zvládne vydržet k porodu jsme šla s 76 kg a dnes mám 67 kg a to podotýkám, že jsem měla 74kg než jsem otěhotněla ☝‍♀️ takže se možná na svých vysněných 60kg dostanu a hlavně se těším, že po šestinedělí se vrhnu na zpevňování a chci mít postavu jakou jsem ještě neměla tak mi pak držte palce a samozřejmě mě zajímá jak to máte nebo jste měli vy? Birth story Booked in got a c-section after a few months of trying to decide whether to try for a VBAC. Last time I went through the whole labour and pushed for an hour but they couldn’t get Elodie out so it was quite a traumatic emergency c-section. After lots of discussion with my obstetrician about the chances of a successful VBAC and the risks involved I decided to schedule it in this time. We arrived at 6 am and we were taking straight to the birth suite and straight into a hospital gown. One of the blood results from the day before hadn’t worked so they tried to take my blood. They tried on both arms but couldn’t find a vein because I’d been fasting and wasn’t allowed water. They decided to try to put the cannula in my hand instead to get the blood as I’d need it in for the c-section anyway. They tried both hands and it was bloody painful but still couldn’t get any blood flowing eventually they managed to get a normal vein and take a blood sample and try left the cannula for the anesthetist. They took us straight through to the holding room outside theatre. It was a bit tense when the anesthetist tried the cannula again but she got it first time and the blood spirted everywhere this time. We went straight through to theatre at which point it was about 8 am. I sat on the edge of the bed holding a cushion and got the spinal block in my back which was fine but I immediately felt my legs go numb, felt nausea and started to freak out a little. They kept me very calm and I did lots of deep breathing. Within a few minutes we were good to start and they started cutting open. Lots of pulling and tugging which didn’t hurt at all and then suddenly they pulled up a baby into the air screaming like a gremlin. Born at 8:26 am, it was quick, straight forward and an amazing experience. They showed him to us and took him to the side for a quick check before giving to me for a cuddle. He screamed heaps. Josh took him and they gave me something to calm me down while they stitched me up. We all went through to recovery together with a very angry bub upset at being removed from his comfy home then not long until we were in our room with a content bub in my arms ✨✨✨✨
