HOW TO MAKE YOUR WORKOUT MORE FUN by @kruckifitness

Sometimes when you workout, you might be getting sick of going, and you might not be having as fun as you used to. If you find yourself no longer having fun working out, try some of these things to get your more excited.

(1) LISTEN TO MUSIC: You probably do this already, but if you don't I'd highly recommend it. Listening to your favorite song or podcast might be the thing that helps you go all out on your sets.

(2) HAVE A GYM BUDDY: Having someone going through the workout with you can be very motivating, and you can really help push one another throughout the workout.

(3) GET A GOOD PUMP: One of the best feelings in the gym is getting a gnarly pump. If you want to do that, throw some high rep sets into your routine, or add in some drop sets.

(4) TEST YOUR LIMITS: One great way to test your progress is to go for a PR on a lift. It can be really exciting seeing the weight go up on your key lifts like bench, squat, deadlift, military press, etc.

Part one: how I warm up before dunk sessions?
1. Foam roll 10-15 mins
2. Dynamic stretching
3. Shoot around or play a few games of 1 on 1, or full court 5 on 5
4. Dunk session- usually around 40 minutes to hour. I try not to make dunk sessions to long so my body isn’t aching and I can recover for the next day (quality jumps over quantity) •

Part two: Explosive leg workout- Here are the exercises done below in this video
1. Seated box squats
2. Reverse lunge
3. Trap bar dead lift
4. Single arm ropes while dribbling a basketball
5. Kneeling jumps to a tuck jump to a box jump *advanced movement -do steps one and two first make sure you feel comfortable with those first before attempting the box jump. @mustard ft. @nipseyhussle - Perfect 10
