I dag har Alexis og Hui undervist i de forskellige typer af teer fra camillia sinensis planten (hvid te, grøn te, sort te, oolong te og puerh te) og hvilken indvirkning de forskellige teer har på kroppen. Silver needle tea Left is Fuding from @simplyteadenmark and right is Zhejiang from @mei_leaf Just done a parallel tasting of 2 silver needles teas, both from 2017. One silver needle from @mei_leaf that Marianne @mbfleur_tea send me, and from Zhenjiang The other one is from @simplyteadenmark , from Fuding. Wow , they could not be more different . I have thought that white tea isn’t me, but how wrong I have been, felt in love with the Fuding one, but the Zhenjiang one is grown me. The Zhenjiang one has in the smell of the warm leaves like stables, hay , leather and a earthy smell. The Fuding one had cinnamon, a little hay and butter , like a cinnamon bun, that carried on into the infusions. What a joy to drink . The Zhenjiang one was a more earthy flavour, like a little like raw Pu’erish for me, but after trying it again growing on me.
