PIZZA TOAST . . A syn free and DELICIOUS breakfast 60g wholemeal bread (hex b) 40g light cheese (hex a) Red onion, cherry tomatoes, parsley (all Speed) Bacon & tomato purée (free) . Pop bread under the grill & toast on one side. Spread the toast with tomato purée. Add the cheese, (cooked bacon) and toppings. Pop back under the grill to brown. . What a fantastic start to my day. #facetofacefriday The changing faces of Kelly When I got married 3 years ago I was 7 stone lighter and I felt absolutely amazing, I loved my dress and felt every bit the beautiful bride. In fact I actually couldn't believe that me, yes me, was getting married at all! I mean come on that's just crazy!how could a girl that was 23 stone and I hadn't had a boyfriend since my early 20s be getting married. I didn't love myself, so why would anyone else ‍♀️ but when I joined slimming world and started to lose weight I started to gain a confidence that I never knew I had in me. So after much nagging from friends I joined a dating website, where I went on my first and last Internet date, as I met Andy and we just clicked straight away ❤️ The week I met Andy (6 years ago) I actually got my 9 stone award but with the usual dining out etc that you do in a new relationship I put on 2 stone, but I was happy. I maintained that weight then for 3 years and as I say when we got married I was really happy. But I did decide that I wasn't at the weight I wanted to be so I joined Instagram and started posting my meals. You guys have really supported me over the years and I can't thank you enough. DONUTS SLINKY STYLE . . These are an absolute game changer Vogue & I have been busy baking this afternoon and they were gone in minutes I used 40g blitzed Oats (hex b) 1 egg (free) 2 level tbsp sweetener (1 syn) 1/4 tsp baking power (Free) 2 tablespoon natural fat free yogurt (Free) 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence (free) . Mix the blitzed oats with the beaten egg, sugar, vanilla essence & yogurt. Spray donut mould with fry light. I decided to devide my mixture into 3 Cook for approximately 15 mins on 190c . To decorate ✨✨ Donut 1 - 1 teaspoon of Nutella (1.5 syns) white choc stars (counting 0.5 syns) Donut 2 - 1 teaspoon of Lotus Biscoff spread (1.5 syns) and half a lotus biscoff biscuit crumbled on top (1 syn) Donut 3 - 1 teaspoon of no added sugar strawberry jam (0.5 syns) and some Tesco coloured strands (counting 0.5 syns) . I’ve been overly generous counting the syns for the sprinkles but that’s my personal choice So all together I’m counting 6.5 syns + hex b choice of oats for all three doughnuts .
