What would you do if you could do anything? What is the biggest thing holding you back? Is it yourself? I find it usually is in one way or another. I find it hard navigating what exactly is hindering me though. With PTSD, depression, and anxiety, in many instances, it's my own mental health that is hindering me but in others, it's my own ego, my own self that is keeping me back. Navigating those and determining their differences and the root of the issue can be very difficult to do. If I think/say that I'm not doing something because of my mental health issues then I also feel doubt and guilt, like is it really because of my depression that I didn't do X, Y, Z or is it because I procrastinated, or because I feel I'm not good enough, not worthy, or...the list goes on. At the end of the day there is always tomorrow to do more, to do better, to improve. At the same time sometimes we really do need a break. Do any of you experience this? What are your thoughts/feeling surrounding all of this?
❤️ Rae
