“Don’t walk—Run. Run towards failure.” Wait. What?
I just finished teaching #p90xlive this morning, and it really got me thinking about how what happens in the gym translates to life. So often I encourage my students to pick up something heavier to find fatigue(p.s. fatigue is a fancy word for failure), to lean in when it’s hard. Do you back off when things get hard or do you push through?

When I’m lifting, it doesn’t matter if it’s 5 lbs or 40lbs, the goal is the reach muscle fatigue. I’m literally seeking out failure. Without trying or pushing boundaries I’ll never know how strong I really am or what I’m really capable of.

Apply this to your business or to your life: Failure is an opportunity to see what you’re made of, to adapt, to become the best version of you over and over and over again. You’ll never know if you don’t try✌ .
