Même si c'est très intéressant d'accorder une partie de votre entraînement sur les abdos (en general en fin de séance) j'avoue que j'adore y consacrer des séances entières ...
Par contre, hors de question de ne faire que des crunchs ou du gainage!
✅ Variez les plaisirs avec du Core training, des mouvements fonctionnels, combinés ,isolés etc...
Sur cette séquence j'utilise un peu de matériel pour jouer sur des amplitudes et résistances différentes:
1♤Kinesis rotation
2♤Side to side sandbag
3♤Legs elevation
4♤Isotonic plank on ball
Maintenant c'est à vous d'jouer, parce que l'important c'est d'bouger

Is it good to dedicate one entire session on your abs? Yes or no
Even if the usual habits are to work on your abs at the end of each session, I don't lie, I love to focus on them during one entire session
But there is no way I'm only gonna do crunches or plank!
✅ I'll always try to mix things up between core training, functional or isometric motions, with or without machines and so on.
On this specific session I'm using some equipment to play on different ranges of motions and resistance:
1♤Kinesis rotation
2♤Side to side sandbag
3♤Legs elevation
4♤Isotonic plank on ball

Good morning all. Weatherwise it looks like we're back to the usual unpredictability. Bright but somewhat chilly. Breakfast this morning is Fage 0% Greek style yogurt layered with free and speedy summer fruits (raspberries (S), blueberries (S), strawberries (S) and red, green, black grapes (F). Fluid intake was 350mls of peppermint tea and 500mls of sparkling water.
Everything in moderation. The salad I had for dinner comprised of grated carrots(S), grated seafood sticks(F/P), baked flaked salmon(F/P), sliced ham (F/P) pasta(F) with diced peppers (S) and cheese (HexA) in light Philly mayo (HexA), potato salad (F), boiled egg (F), grated cheese (HexA), mixed leaf crispy salad (S). Garnished with spring onions, olives, gerkins, radish, jelopeno sliced, capers and cress.
