The low tide shuffle was in full effect at Uluwatu the other day. It was mostly an awkward and stiff performance for those that forgot their dancing booties. But some bare footers made it look better than others.

Back on the 11th of June, this place had some solid wind blown lines marching in ⁣ ⁣ There was a guy getting towed in from deep up the point, but it was @ashleybickerton who paddled himself into the best wave I saw ridden during that period.⁣ ⁣

The swell was up a couple of days ago, and although Uluwatu had some bombs and a few takers, this place was the pick of the bunch.

Padang Padang has been fairly quiet so far this year. ⁣ ⁣ There were a few waves about a week ago, but it wasn't big enough to generate consistent, makeable tubes.⁣ ⁣ There were plenty of closeouts, and a little skin donated to the reef I'd imagine.⁣ ⁣ Nonetheless, there were at least three rides that had happy endings
