I’m always experimenting with new mushroom recipes. Mushrooms are amazing for our immune system and overall health This was taken at my first barbecue of the year over the Easter weekend... I skewered portabellini mushrooms and brushed them with @saltersmustchup1 which is a fantastic condiment that I discovered a few years ago at Cobham farmers market... it’s a punchy combo that worked really well as a marinade on the BBQ #mustchup
