In this combo you mobilize and stretch your lower back, lumbar and thoracic spine.

Do this exercise combo daily to achieve results & increase spine mobility. For good results do 2min/side/exercise.The last exercise is hard and demanding, if you cannot do it legs straight, have your knees bent. If you still cannot do this, relax! You can do it only with one leg up. If that is too much do less. The most important thing is that you do them.

This ones a Leg Burner Footwork Drill with a residence band to work on Muscular Endurance and improve your foot speed.
1 set = 30 sec on for each movement, 10 sec rest between the 3 stations.
Basically all 3 footwork movements have to be done for 30 sec one after the other with 10 sec rest in between.
4 -5 sets is good for a session. .

In this drill we used the medicine ball to work the rotation needed to generate power on the backhand. . . .
The coiling of the shoulder away from the hip and then uncoiling while driving up with the legs creates maximum torsion and helps generate maximum power. In this drill we worked on both open and neutral stance.
Areas of focus:
1. Keeping the arms away from the body when doing the rotation (if you are not able to do that try using a lighter ball)
2. Sink down with the legs but avoid getting the knee floating past your toe so sink down through your glutes.
3. Keep your upper body as straight and don’t lean to reach or throw the ball.
