Did you ever tried flower water? It’s not only so pretty to serve like at a party or a high tea with grilfriends, but it actually taste delicious. The one I drunk today is the Detox flower tea made after brewing edible flowers and fruits together. It taste so different and fresh. Making a refresh flower water is super quick and easy too. You just have to brew the content using 100 •C of water. Wait 3 minutes. You can than add ice and cold water to drink it cold or just leave it to drink it hot. The brand I used is a Korean brand called ILOVEFLOWERTEA. They have really great things like butterfly teabags and flower water sticks. Super cute gifts. Cheers guys Hope you are having a wonderful evening

Spent a morning among some of our favourite tea trees. Sure, they're not ancient, or even old. Nor are they in a particularly expensive village.
They're just simple ~40yr old (maybe 42 or 43yr by now, but who's counting?) plantation tea trees that have been left to do their own thing for the last decade or so. No trimming, no pesticides (we tested for 440+ last year), and no fertilizer, weed killer or over-picking. The result is nice tall trees with deepening roots.
Some have thrived, while others have died out or had to be moved to give others space. Compared to the thigh high shrubs of the same age growing on the neighboring plot, these trees look like monsters, although they only produce about 1/3 the yield.
This is more than made up for in flavour and fragrance though, which is why we'll be bringing this tea back in the form of our Year of the Pig Yiwu - a tea we feel stacks up against the best budget sheng in the game.
But aside from just pumping up our own tea, it's important to look at the other contributing factors into what makes material good. Tree age seems to receive an unhealthy amount of emphasis compared to some other crucial aspects like environment and stewardship. Sure, we love our gushu as much as the next person, but focusing on that might be missing the forest for the trees.
Het laatste jaar heeft zo veel deuren geopend, zie mij hier zitten in Marokko wat thee inschenken voor mijzelf, living the best life I possibly can imagine. In het laatste jaar heb ik dingen gedaan waarvan ik zelf nooit had kunnen dromen so let’s chear to that! SAN-THEE!

It's been a very green week in Bitterleaf land, and it's likely to stay that way for a bit as we down on green maocha for the the next few weeks.
We'll be taking orders for private order Shifeng longjing for the bext day or so, but after April 5th we will have a short shipping break while we're in the tea mountains until at least the 16th.
This also means that orders for AA grade pre-ming and pre-rain grade Longjing will be shipped out after this date as well.
