Hi, lovely skincare people, hope your Monday is going well! I have used this product for a while now and I thought I'd do a little review for you . The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA is a moisturizing cream. There is nothing mind-blowing about the way it performs, and it's not "skintertaining" in any way. But if you know me and my skincare preferences, I'd take skin friendly and effective over skintertaining and potentially irritating any day of the week. I like to think that I usually make good decisions when I buy skincare (except for the fact that I buy way too much of it; you'd think I have at least three faces ), and this is another product that I'm glad I picked up. It's non-offensive and does what it's supposed to do. The cream is easy to spread, and the finish is matte and non-greasy. It feels semi-occlusive (not thick or heavy) and you probably want to mix it with an oil or layer some hydrating serums under it if you have dry or dehydrated skin. I prefer to use this in the AM, under my sunscreen. The texture is a bit grainy, but it melts on the skin. Ingredient wise, this has a lot of substances you can find in the skin naturally, hence the name (NMF). It has fatty acids, sodium hyaluronate, urea, sodium pca and amino acids. It also has vitamin e/tocopherol, which is an antioxidant. It doesn't have any offensive botanical extracts or fragrant oils, etc., and it doesn't smell like anything to me. I am looking for some alternatives to The Ordinary these days, mostly to try something different, but this is a moisturizer that I enjoy and will use up. Moisturizer . . . Im not a fan of moisturizer & seldom incoperate them in my routine so I have the least. . . I depends on hydrating toner & essence to give me adequate hydration.
