J’aimerais dire que le mental est une force insoupçonnée de beaucoup de monde. Vous avez souvent entendu, ou même dit vous même, “je n’y arriverai pas”, “je n’ai pas assez de force”, “je n’ai pas la bonne santé” ❅ ❅ Je suis quelqu’un qui a des douleurs musculaires en permanence et qui s’essouffle très très vite ( 5 marches d’escalier et il faut m’attendre ) ❅ ❅ Alors quand on a décidé de gravir ces 1260 marches sur 600m de hauteur, j’ai du faire appel à mon mental et mon envie plutôt que d’écouter mon corps. Je ne dis pas qu’il ne faut pas écouter son corps, c’est très important, mais le désir et la motivation peuvent être plus fort que la douleur sur le moment. ‍♀️ ❅ ❅ Cela fut très éprouvant, et même si à chaque palier je pensais pouvoir m’écrouler et abandonner, il y avait cette petite voix qui me disait de continuer. Et quelle récompense que ce temple magnifique donnant sur une vue paisible et incroyable. ❅ Dans chaque aspect de votre vie, quand vous sentez que vous êtes sur le point d’abandonner, rappelez vous toujours pour quelle raison vous êtes vous lancé. Et vous ne le regretterez jamais ❅—————————————— I would like to say that the mind is an unsuspected force for many people. You have often heard, or even said yourself, "I will not succeed", "I do not have enough strength", "I do not have good health" ❅ ❅ I am a person who has muscular pains all the time and who is running out of steam very fast (5 steps and you have to wait for me) ❅ ❅ So when we decided to climb these 1260 steps 600m high, I had to appeal to my mind and my desire rather than listen to my body. I'm not saying you should not listen to your body, it's very important, but the desire and motivation can be stronger than the pain at the moment. ♀️ ❅ ❅ It was very challenging, and even if at each platform I thought I could collapse and give up, there was this little voice that told me to continue. And what a reward that this magnificent temple overlooking a peaceful and incredible view. ❅ In every aspect of your life, when you feel like you're about to give up, always remember why you started. And you will never regret it ❅ ❅ ❅ ❅ ❅

The view was amazing, but we said never do this again because it's really challenging to climb it but here we are again! Right there , where the mythological tiger leaves its mark in the stone, a temple was erected, high up in the sky, and a stairway that from that cave leads up to the top of the mountain. The 1237 steps test the mind more than the physical. An act of meditation and concentration while the heart beats strong in the ears, and the thoughts become silent step after step.
