I debated using some biscuits during the glue up of the walnut top and shelf for the coffee table. But I skipped it. Even with a 6 board glue up I don't think they're necessary. Of course I have a drum sander to flatten all the seams effortlessly so take that with a grain of salt. Are you on team biscuits, team dominos, team pocket screws, or like me team just glue? #justglue #fixthisbuildthat

Table legs all glued up and in the clamps. These legs remain oversized throughout the process so after I laminate them I can get them down to their final dimensions with the jointer and planer. These will be 3 3/8 x 3 3/8 and then tapered down to 2” on two sides. I will be using the jointer to taper them. #laminate #walnut #besseyclamps #bessey #titebond

Кресла готовы и они прекрасны Честно сказать, подушки мне дались даже сложнее деревянной части, но в итоге всё вместе отлично сошлось Видео процесса уже в IGTV, в галерее – схема распила и сборки, а ниже – некоторые детали, которые требуют дополнительных пояснений ️ ⠀ По стоимости одно кресло без подушек обошлось мне в 1200 ₽ И это весомый бонус наряду с комфортом и эстетикой Я сделала их из сосны и покрыла атмосферостойкой пропиткой, поэтому в принципе они могли бы стоять и под открытым небом Только подушки тогда надо шить по немного иной технологии... ⠀ На 1 кресло: Брус 90*90 - 4 м Брусок 40*60 - 4.5 м Брусок 40*40 - 6.5 м Доска 90*20 - 2 м (я купила доску с шириной 96мм и рубанком убрала лишнее) ⠀ Уголки крепёжные ▫️30*30 - 8 шт ▫️50*50 - 4 шт ⠀ Детали напилила с помощью торцовочной пилы. Если у вас её нет, можно распилить в Леруа Мерлен (уточните насчёт распила под углом ), заказать готовые детали в компании, которая продаёт пиломатериалы, или найти в своём городе столярный коворкинг Для удобства при сборке пригодятся струбцины разных размеров. Также использовала клей для дерева #Titebond и кондуктор #kreg #pocketholejig для соединения на #косойшуруп. Я уже показывала его в посте про изголовье, можно найти по тегу #by_myshla. Вкратце это удобнейшее изобретение для соединения многих мебельных элементов. На брусках сиденья и спинки видны небольшие отверстия, оставшиеся от крепления – в моём случае они закрываются подушками и я не стала их заделывать Но вообще у @kregjig есть специальное сверло для изготовления деревянных заглушек, полностью закрывающих следы крепежа ⠀ Вот как-то так Даже и написать особенно нечего – получились очень удобные, вместительные и добротные кресла! Подлокотники отлично справляются с функцией подстаканников и теперь срочно нужно доработать площадку и убрать часть ограждения, чтобы открыть вид на участок и окончательно превратить эту когда-то проходную зону в уютный тенистый уголок ⠀ Вопросы, восторги и комментарии приветствуются А уж если повторить надумаете, будет просто подарок Обещаю всестороннюю поддержку и консультацию по требованию Ну и традиционно – как вам?)
