For this boot I worked with @NathanAlexanderWalker. Concept 016 used the knit from my previous post to create a knitted sock like upper. We played with the dynamic of the lines and stretch to show a sense of movement. •

4️⃣ TRX chest press 4x10
4️⃣ Dips 4x 10 slow 10 fast
5️⃣ 100 press ups in the least amount of sets

Here’s a little example workout for all intermediates, who want to train 4 times a week.
This workout is pretty good to achieve overall muscle growth with a well balanced symmetry.
✅ To get the best results, try to focus on increasing the weight on the main lifts (bench press,, squats and romanian deadlift). Don’t forget that these exercises will build the baseline for muscle growth. Do this plan 2x per week and one rest day between.
⚠️ BUT ONLY INCREASE YOUR WEIGHT, IF YOU HAVE ACHIEVED THE GIVEN REP RANGE WITH PROPER TECHNIQUE.

There are a variety of ways to work in your push ups on a daily basis to build a strong upper body and develop a well rounded core!

Work in many reps to failure, the goal should always be to push yourself to the very last two with proper form!

The more volume of push ups you work in a week the more strength and muscle endurance you will build!
