Guest Chef Tom Aikens @tomaikens spent two amazing days with us at mymuybueno Cookery School @mymuybuenocookeryschool here in Palma de Mallorca this week. Where he taught our students, all yacht chefs of different sized vessels, three of his signature dishes.
