Uno de los lugares más famosos en Ig es este puesto en los zocos de Marrakech, la verdad que es una maravilla toda la cerámica que venden allí. No nos cabe nada más en casa, en el viaje a México y Guatemala se completó el cupo.
Espero volver pronto a Marruecos y seguir explorando otras zonas.

When you arrive at the gardens, the "row attendants" will ask you if you are willing to pay to skip the line ... we stood in line, but I would go back, but I would pay not to wait 1 hour and a half under the sun

“Morocco”
Surprisingly, we got a ton of questions about Morocco trip when we put out the Travel Tip week announcement. Morocco, a cultural gem. We went in November so the weather was really pleasant. We didn’t have any problems with language because in most places, people spoke English, especially people working at a hotel, taxi stands, etc. We also saw people speak in French and Arabic.
The cities we covered were Fez, Chefchaouen and Marrakech. Fez was the city we flew into.
Fez was on top of my list. While reading about Morocco, I felt this connection to fez, and I wanted to spend several days there. We stayed in a Riad in the centre of the city. In the morning we would walk the souks, and, in the evening, we would admire the main square which sipping mint tea. From Fez, we took the “CTM” bus to Chefchaouen and stayed a night in the blue city. Book in advance because sometimes you may not find even a single free seat. We would just walk the streets not knowing where they will lead us to. Randomly we would come across small shops and sometimes big shops which were selling carpets and souvenirs, but it was not a busy city. We walked up to the mountain to look at the city from a distance as well and the view was incredible. When we returned to Fez, we gave ourselves another day in the city before flying out to Marrakech. Taking a flight was cheaper and quicker than taking a bus/car to Marrakech. When we arrived in Marrakech, it was a nice city but I didn’t like it as much as I liked Fez and Chefchaouen. Thanks to @MarocExcursions , we had an entire day of adventure planned outside of the city where we visited the Atlas mountains, the waterfalls, Agafay Desert, visited a clay factory, and ended our day with a beautiful dinner in a Berber tent.
Food wise, from what I observed, they aren’t too big on spices or may be that is just the desi in me speaking because I love my spicy food. Still enjoyed the BBQ and Tagines. It is not an expensive country, but it can be because shop keepers, seeing that you are a tourist, can try to rip you off.
Morocco is a place I would revisit in a heart-beat. “Travel Tips Week” Post 2
La Mamounia, Marrakech So happy I managed to take a pic at this famous insta spot in Marrakech! Have you guys been to La Mamounia palace hotel ? Photo/Location Tip♀️: This is actually a Private locked corridor in La Mamounia - just for hotel guests. You actually need to ask the staff to unlock it for you. I bought the day pass to spa so that’s why I could visit this amazing corridor and take pics there #marrakech #marrakech #lamamounia #lamamouniamarrakech #marrakechstyle #marrakechcity .
