Don’t mind my dumbass, overexcited expression. I’d like to preface this by saying I’m not a diehard James Charles fan. I like his personality and quick banter on his YouTube videos. I find him likable. He was really sweet to me and everyone around who asked for a picture. With that said, I just watched @jamescharles video, and for being a 19 year old kid in the spotlight who received widespread, undeserved opprobrium by ignorant people who were impulsively quick to bash and “cancel” James, he handled this with great aplomb and better than the other adults involved, including Tati and Jefree, Jefree who I’ve known and like too. I do think James acted impulsively with the whole sugar bear hair contract and didn’t think of how much it would hurt Tati. Do I think he did it purposely? No. I think he did it rashly and maybe a little selfishly because he was only thinking about himself when he agreed with sugar bear because of his safety, allegedly. He could have just left or found another way; HOWEVER, Tati was clearly hurt and retaliated by putting a lot of unnecessary accusations and slander about James and his family out there for the public without any real proof, unlike James who debunked both Tati and Jefree with screenshots and videos. It wasn’t even about Jefree but he decided to chime in because of the sexual allegations made by Tati, but Jefree took it way too far by spewing a lot of unnecessary hate and name-calling as well without any real proof, calling him a danger to society and should be in prison when a month prior he was tweeting I miss you too sis. It looks like Jefree was just jumping on the bandwagon and didn’t offer any real evidence. So, are we supposed to wait on that? Side note: I hope and don’t really think James is a “predator.”He even admits to being a 19 year old virgin. I just think he’s a very horny, very forward guy. In the end, this is all based on what THEY have told and shown us, but the ones that look wrong and have lost credibility based on EVIDENCE that James has provided, are both Jefree and Tati. James, I applaud you for handling this the way you did and wish you luck in finding a man who will love and defend you for you.
