What can I say about the @3sixtydanceandfitness showcase that hasn’t already been said by so many others, and much more eloquently? I was completely in awe and am inspired by each and every performer that took the stage. Every routine had been put together with such care and dedication, and performed with such passion. Everyone was absolutely stunning! I feel very humbled to be a part of such a supportive and talented community. Congrats everyone, you killed it! . And what can I say about my fantastic doubles partner @hoop.kelsey? You were an absolute joy to work with. Thank you for being so kind, funny, creative, passionate, dedicated, supportive, and fun to work with! I had an absolute blast practicing, choreographing, jamming, and performing with you! Thanks for putting up with my pre and post-show anxiety, and making sure that our number one goal was to have fun together and dance our hearts out on that stage. You are one of the most talented and kind-hearted people, and I feel so lucky to have been able to create such a fun piece with you! If you ever want to do another duet/doubles piece, I volunteer! . I ❤️ Aerials - Why I love aerials/3Sixty: I was always the kid who got picked last and hit in the face in gym class. I was always so shit that I got completely discouraged from pretty much all physical activity. At 3Sixty I have found a place where I can feel comfortable being a total potato (see photo 1: Floor Lotus). I get to spend quality time with my besties who all push me to be the best I can be. All of the instructors have saved my life countless times, even if it was just from The Fear (see video: Magic Finger). Aerials gives me clear, achievable goals that aren't just "lift this thing 20 times" or "run for this long". It is fitness without the boredom of the gym and provides noticable, trackable improvement.
