I’ve been utilizing my “gym time” doing different activities such as visiting new towns here & learning about the Turkish culture. . . One of the main reasons I love traveling to different countries has to do with the individual GROWTH I obtain from learning about new people, cultures, lifestyle, etc. . Of course I enjoy exploring different restaurants — but bonding with new people, hearing their life stories & learning how to connect with people outside of the U.S. is truly a humbling, unique and fruitful experience. .
