#tbt to a dog just having a drink - no big deal, right? Wrong! This was one of the pivotal moments in the very early days with Brodie that made us really start to believe he might be able to have a good quality of life. Up until this point, there was so much basic stuff we didn’t think he would be able to do, such as getting a drink when he needed it and that cast his whole future in doubt. We were amazed (and ecstatic!) the day he just wobble-hopped over to the bowl and got his own drink, like it was nothing The memories of this time in Brodie’s life still haunt me and impress me in equal measure.
