Hellooooo April! ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
It’s a new week, new month, and April is Alcohol Awareness Month! ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
My inbox is filled daily with messages from women who are sober curious. They crave a healthy, happy, and sober life. ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
These women know their relationship with alcohol has changed. The stigma and shame keep them silent. I get it! I was there too. Until one day I received a gentle nudge from the universe to lean into my fear and recover out-loud. ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
The very thing that held me down for YEARS gave me wings. Wings to fly outside my comfort zone to pave the way towards a sober life I love. ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Ladies and Gentlemen...... ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
I believe in you. ⠀⠀
I will fight for you. ⠀⠀
I will show you recovery is possible. ⠀⠀
I will be your voice until you’re ready to share yours. ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
My hope for YOU is to take the risk before you loose the chance to live your best life. ⠀⠀
If you wait for the perfect day to start, you’ll never begin. The word “later” is a dream killer that derails us from success. Your success is determined by your efforts. So simply begin. ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Anyone interested in a complementary strategy call with me please click the link in my bio or I’m only a message away. ⠀⠀

Let’s talk about alcohol consumption
⠀
It has been 8 months now since I quit drinking alcohol. And I never felt better in my life! Now I cannot understand why I was doing this to my body? Alcohol is a poison for our body and brain and have a lot of badly affects on our health especially in long terms. Here’s a few to name
⠀
In the United States, more than two million people suffer from liver disease due to alcohol consumption.
⠀
Alcohol suppresses the immune system, making a person more at risk of developing infection and disease.
⠀
Alcohol’s effects on the brain can be felt quickly. Not only can drinking cause temporary complications such as memory loss and coordination, it can also lead to long-term side effects.
⠀
High levels of triglycerides contribute to the risk of developing dangerous health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, liver disease, cancer just a few to name..
⠀
I don’t want to teach you how to live and what is good and bad for you. But I want to talk about what I think is important and can gives us a healthier and happier body and life.
⠀
Alcohol is number 1️⃣ thing that affects our lives in the most negative way. Yes it gives you short term joy feeling, you can relax and let go of all problems, but it will not solve them. It will even make it worse. Do you choose to live in the illusion of happiness and joy or you want to feel real joy, to have a strong and healthy body and a happy life? We are the creators of our own life
⠀
I hope I could inspire you to take more care about yourself and be more aware of alcohol side affects.❤️ Let me know your thoughts on that topic in the comments below
April is Alcohol Awareness Month! 1 drink = a 12 ounce beer a 5 ounce glass of wine or a 1.5 ounce shot glass of liquor!! Women should not have more than 1 drink daily, 2 for men. It does not mean it’s ok to slam in a weeks worth of alcohol on the weekend! Moderation is key The risk are too high! Be aware...help each other...talk to someone...pay attention. #daisyfamhealth #daisyfamilyhealth #daisyfamily #directprimarycare #phoenixaz #clinicinphoenix #phoenixarizona #np #nursepractitioner #acceptingmembers #membershiphealthcare #directprimarycare #preventioniskey #alcoholawarenessmonth #alcoholawarenessmonth2019
