Not only does it make it easier for the customer to shop by seeing it on someone in their size range, but it directly translates into sales for the brand. Win fucking WIN! Today is one of those days I’m taking full advantage of drop off laundry service I’m a firm believer in asking for help when you need it. Even though this is so hard for my #enneagram2 self to do. And while we can’t always get the help that we WANT(a housekeeper and in home personal chef ), there are plenty of ways to take some of the weight off our shoulders from time to time when the to do list is overwhelming. Anyone else feeling that Monday morning pressure?

Growing up my mom didn’t make too many comments about my body directly, but she did give me mixed messages regarding my food intake. She’d let me eat a whole box of cereal or a loaf of French bread, but also told me I should not eat so much. We were also members of the clean plate club and she was also always on a diet. She talked about how she was “too fat” and then would take drastic measures like only drinking Slim Fast and Tab. My mother is a wonderful woman whom I love very much, she is also a Weight Watchers Lifer and constantly says things like “that food will be way too much for me” before eating and also things such as “well, after this meal (even if it’s very early in the day) we won’t need to eat again.” She has praised me when I’ve lost weight, referring to me as “skinny” as if it is my name. I have the best relationship with my mom and find it still so very difficult to be around her when food is involved. I don’t know what your relationship is like with your mom. Maybe you have chosen to walk away for saving your own sanity. Maybe you have the best relationship with her. Whatever it is I want you to know that you are worthy and perfect just as you are.
