9 HOURS Later!!! Her 1st salon appointment in 10 YEARS!!! SWIPE LEFT & Read ALL!!! (long post)❤️My new buddy Hope hadn’t trusted anyone to do her hair for the past 10 years! She found me on Instagram @hergrowinghands @the_growth_guru and booked THIS June 2019 appointment back in December 2018! She said she’d seen what I could do for others and she knew that I could help her! 9 hours later we made it!!! (Alexa:Play Won’t He Do It)❤️HERE’S THE BREAKDOWN 1. She’s been natural for over 6 years BUT due to bad experiences she had trust issues like so many people. 2. Her natural hair is virgin hair. What I mean by that is it is literally untouched and there is no existing damage because she washes conditions and just wears it in a bun & that’s it, no other manipulation. 3. Her hair has the tendency to naturally tangle however due to finger detangling and only using a wide tooth comb with this amount of density had caused her hair to almost “freeform lock” in certain areas. This is why the appointment was so lengthy because a “DEEP DETANGLE” was necessary to take all of her tangles out. 4. She’s also experiencing postpartum shedding like so many new moms Which added to the amount of tangles she already was experiencing. 5. There is no way on earth she could have detangled or deep cleansed this on her own due to her density. At the end of her appointment she was armed with the knowledge and education to properly detangle and manage her hair! ✨During this process we got to know each other very well we laughed we cried mainly she laughed and I cried But all is well!!! She said the entire process was painless and this is the straightest anyone has ever gotten her hair , even with a relaxer the BEST part is that her curls will pop right back and be better than ever✨✨✨I am in ALIGNMENT, doing the work that I’m gifted to do and at the end of the day I wouldn’t have it any other way! I’m so glad that she found me and I’m so glad that I’ve been able to train all of the Specialists at HER GROWING HANDS in my methodology and that we’re touching so many lives!!!
