Gday and right on! Foster bully boy "the Duke here".....thought I would post on this page as a lot of you have helped me over the years and now you can check me out! Sunday, I attended a Porshe car show. As always my manners shown through. I was patient, charming, in gauging, polite and took a great interest in what was going on. I had heaps of attention. People wanted to talk to me, pat me and find out my story. I made lots of people happy. We then went to a local fair. There where fluffy animals, lots of kids and a cool lady that give me lots of treats. I am growing in confidence and have a really good routine which has made a huge difference. I find everything very interesting but love chilling on the lounge. Duke.

Gday folks, Foster bully boy "The Duke" here. I'm a little confused? I have a royal name yet I'm in a box being pushed around Bunnings, WT! Anyway, I'm doing really well. I do little bully runs and I include bucking bronko in with them. I walk really well on the lead. I'm very friendly and enjoy other dogs company. They except me really well. I sleep through the night and have great manners in the home and out in public. I sit nicely in the car with the odd somersault. I don't bark all day and I snooze in my kennel. I'm easy going and happy to go with the flow. My foster carer is working on some issues I have and I am getting there. I try hard and just need guidance and love. Thank you.

Three and a half years of being blessed with this angel in my life!!!↘️ #repost #rescuedogsrock #alltheyneedislove . Steph here! Just a little post for all of you who have been following us for awhile... this month marks two and a half years since I first met and fell in love with my baby girl. I wish I had more video of her from the beginning, but to be honest, it was a bit overwhelming. We were so proud of her if she could make it 50 yards. She would try and run and play (because she was finally free to be a puppy at last!!) and she would run quite violently into trees, parked cars, fences... and oh my the falls and tumbles this girl had. She still does but I just wanted to wrap her in bubble wrap all the time. She also suffered from severe anxiety.... she would shake and twitch and cower from noises she didn't understand. She destroyed EVERYTHING her already broken nubs of teeth could touch. She ripped all the carpet off the stairs in the house (ooops!) and over twenty beds, bowls, every tree in the yard... and to top it off, she was bowel and urinary incontinent from the spinal damage from her abuser. I cried. A LOT. She was at the vet every few weeks for tummy issues, tooth removal, infections in her foot pads, ear infections... we had her on very expensive anti-anxiety meds among other things.... we went thru some very tough times that you can read about on her blog (embracingkarma.com)... but through it all, she had a light in her eyes. She improved little by little, day by day, week by week... and though she still has issues, still has bad days, when I see her playing on the beach, running towards me with happiness and love in her eyes, I can't express how proud I am of her. She's my little superhero. I would do it all over in an instant. ❤Steph If you EVER have the capacity in your life to adopt a special needs animal, DO IT. THANK YOU TO ALL WHO HAVE APPLIED FOR AND OFFERED TO HELP OUR PRECIOUS LITTLE SARGE HE HAS BEEN SEEN BY A BEHAVIOURIST AND STARTED ON MEDICATION FOR HIS SPINNING . SARGE WILL START HIS REHAB WITH HIS NEW FAMILY EARLY NEXT WEEK !! LIVE LOVE RESCUE ❗️❗️ SARGE NEEDS YOUR HELP NOW❗️❗️ We are urgently seeking a dedicated foster carer to take Sarge in and be his life saver. Due to family circumstances Sarge was placed in a pen to spend his nights or when the family is not home but sadly this has been his trigger for him spinning. His family are not in a position to help and have asked Rescue to save him. ❤️He is 9 months old boy with a heart of gold but needs medication and a patient, committed foster carer who is home to help redirect him and work with the vet and behaviouralist. Without a foster carer we can’t help him.
