This is what motivation looks like to me.

After 7 years in the business of motivating myself and letting that spill out onto those in my closest circles and here on Instagram, I’ve learned something powerful.

Fitspo and vision boards and dreaming and goal setting and shooting for new personal records are so incredibly necessary (whatever inspires you). But what’s more necessary is showing up and taking action despite any magic motivation dust.

An alarm clock, a routine, workout clothes laid out the night before, a support system, a plan and a 3-2-1-go is where results happen (and fitness is just the example, apply this anywhere).

This may not be the most inspirational photo, but it’s the most inspirational moment of my day.

So those who saw my story, i passed my comps and am officially receiving my masters in sport and fitness administration! never thought i would go to college, play soccer, & get a bachelors degree.. and now! Here i am, first in the fam to get two degrees!! I’m stoked! #twodegreeshotter •

This morning was a bi/tri day, but i wanted to share some killer quad focused HIIT i did! It’s 2-3 rounds! Only a 30 second rest between exercises!
1️⃣BW squats -> KB squats 12 reps
2️⃣reverse lunge -> kick back 12 reps/leg
3️⃣sumo squats w/ 3 pulse 12 reps

3 days a week I hit the gym at 5AM to do a cardio-only workout and the elliptical is usually part of the workout My indoor cardio sessions are 30-35 minutes of H.I.I.T exercises that can burn up to 400 calories
