Now a days it's common to see jungle on fire in month of may and june mostly in #uttrakhand . Newspapers are covering these type of happenings and they are covering this on a daily bases. I also see forest person with their #freefiremobile fire fighting van near forests. Inspite of this step, i don't see major changes. I think this is because we have made our mind that forest fire won't be harming us directly so let it be and our governments have failed to tap the root cause. We the people have to understand what will be the implication of these type of happenings around us. The immediate consequences which i was able to see are #drying of #waterfall and #ashparticles in atmosphere which directly harm to #asthmatic and #heart patients. Long term consequences are #lossofwildlife and #lossofnaturalhabitat and major economy loss. Why i say economy loss because it will affect in our tourism as these two months have boom to tourists. State government needs to take more and result oriented steps. I leave you with one question. Is there any solution to flammable dried leaves of pine trees ? #environmentpollution ution #pollution #savefuture -
What would you say is the main difference between the two photos? •

Well you’re not wrong. But the first thing that comes to my mind is determination. Battling this weight loss journey through nursing school, a couple jobs, and when my asthma was completely taking over my life was one of the hardest things I’ve done. You will be shocked with what your body can do when your mind is set right. if it was easy everyone would do it, if it was easy people wouldn’t be over weight, if it was easy the finish line wouldn’t be this sweet •

May the 1st is World Asthma Day. To show support for friends, yourself, or family that have this chronic illness, wear a grey ribbon, grey clothes, or grey accessories. Make sure to spread the word to friends, family, co-workers, and people at school to spread asthma awareness! #worldasthmaday2019 #asthma #asthmaawareness #asthmatic #weargreyforasthma #weargrey
Looking like a dork with my pink tape and wonky race number, but who cares because I just ran my first ever half marathon (2:10 time which was a HUGE surprise considering I normally run at pace!!) it was also my (and Val and vals’) first ever competitive race! So a very big day on all fronts. My lungs were on excellent form and didn’t give up on me, which I was thrilled about!! #wheezy. But what I mainly wanted to say was that I hope someone reading this can find hope in the fact that some days you can get up and out of bed and achieve big huge things, like I felt I did today, and some days you get up and face the day and it’s crappy - but you KEEP ON GOING and you don’t lose hope that the next day is going to contain a little bit of magic. Anyway sorry for getting deep (I’m not really sorry) but I am so happy to have come so far, both physically and mentally. Things do change, you can change your life, you can achieve things that you thought were impossible. You just need a little courage (and a friend who buys you a large chocolate rabbit as a reward hehe thanks becks). Lots of love ps it took me at least 3 years to be able to run 5k, persistence is key!
