The Sea Cave at Avoca Beach, unlike most of its wet counterparts, is usually always dry, unless there are unusually high swells and rough conditions but the short way to the cave can be tricky for some. . Another of the amazing caves of the Central Coast I'll be frequenting over the summer. With its huge nature and accessibility it makes for a phenomenal natural refuge for relaxation and time out. *********************************************** Location: Avoca Beach Sea Cave, Avoca Beach, NSW - Central Coast . Directions: After a quick 1.5hour drive from Sydney to Avoca Beach. Park at the Southern end of the beach (patrolled side) and head along the rock platforms to explore the sights and caves present. This large cave is wide enough, created over the ebbs and flows of time, to relax and sit in whilst listening to the waves and watch the occasional sparrow fly in and out. Just a short walk from carpark but be mindful of tide and swell conditions for any activity along the coastal edges. . Highlights: A lovely rock platform to explore and relax at (being mindful of swell and tide conditions and an eye out to the ocean at all times), and a beautiful cave to explore in the right conditions. Goes without saying the affinity I have for adventuring to the beautiful sea caves of the Central Coast. A special stretch of coast that I'm so lucky to be close to, and home of some of the most unique and beautiful caves I've ever seen. . Safe to say that any trip to the Central Coast needs a stop by one of these gorgeous gems, accessible at low tide and low swell. The beauty of this large inlet and view out to the water meant that I couldn't help but think of future plans to venture here in an early summer morning to catch the sunrise with its more longer path around the sky. . After a short walk across the Rock platforms and fishermen a plenty, @delwynk chose a beautiful vantage point at the entrance of the cave to strike a silhouette pose. Time for the last photo of my seven day posting spree! The honour goes to this random but happy shot from Avoca Beach. Thank you to everyone for tuning in! Now it’s time for a little break. Spending quality time with yourself and reflecting on your life is crucial especially when you live a busy life. That’s the one thing you shouldn’t neglect. Anyway, life’s surely going to be quite intense next week but I’m pumped about it. This happy guy wishes everyone a good week!

We had no idea what we were in for! It’s been a hell of a ride but so worth it. ❀ Dr Steven is an incredible human being, and we are so blessed to have him with us at Lumi. I remember attending his lectures and it was then that he introduced me to the world of true preventative dentistry. Where drilling & filling and cleanings were simply treatments to the problems, and in order to help prevent disease and decay, you needed to approach from a wider angle. I’m pleased that our paths aligned and now we can both help and fight everyday for better health of our community.
