Someone said something very hurtful to me the other day.

This person accused me of doing online coaching because I’m greedy and want to take advantage of others.

Anyone who knows me knows that I am effected by the energy of those around me and in my life.

Some days I speak to so many people who are suffering that it drains me of all my energy.

Yesterday was one of those days...

I could be doing virtually anything else to earn a living.

But I chose to help people with back pain because I know how it FEELS to be practically crippled and in constant pain.

I’ve been there.

I have three herniated discs (one lumbar and 2 cervical).

And I was fortunate enough to learn the right strategy and have the right habits in place to recover as fully as possible.

For that I will be forever grateful.

I found that some of my clients struggle with a back pain, so let’s address this issue.
COMMON CAUSES OF BACK INJURIES:
❌Muscle imbalance due to weak abdominals, tight hamstrings, glutes, and low back weakness or tightness
❌Twisting at the waist while lifting or holding a heavy weight
❌Heavy lifting, especially repetitive lifting over a long period of time
❌Standing or sitting too long in one position, which can be very hard on your lower back
❌A back strain that occurred by over stretching, bending & lifting incorrectly, slouching and carry extra body weight. Strains occur when muscles in the back are overused or overstretched.
One of the best ways to prevent back pain is to KEEP YOUR BACK MUSCLES STRONG
⬇️Follow these steps to help protect your back and prevent back pain:
✅Do back-strengthening and stretching exercises at least 2 or 3 times a week. Try incorporating Pull-Ups with a bar or TRX, Pulldown Cable Exercise, Deadlifts, Back Extensions and Planks to strengthen your core.
✅Make sure you wear the right shoes
Wear comfortable, low-heeled shoes to prevent back pain. They reduce the strain on your back while standing. Shoes with less than a 1-inch heel are the best for your back. ✅Use proper lifting techniques. Tighten the abdominal muscles. Keeping the abdomen tight will help the back stay in a good lifting position and help keep from straining the back.
