Czas nadrobić postowanie. To był niesamowity czas. Żyłam hasłem być tu i teraz. Do tego stopnia ze przez wiele tygodni zapomniałam ze w ogóle mam telefon. Pojechałam na Bali na yoga teacher training dowiadując się w dniu wylotu że mam przepuklinę w dysku L4-L5 oraz uwypuklenie w dysku L3-L4, rezonans pokazał że coś jest nie tak z każdym dyskiem w całym moim odcinku lędzwiowym. Ledwo chodziłam a miałam zacząć najwieksza i najważniejszą przygodę swojego życia. Dramat emocjonalny, totalny szok że ja, joginka, twardzielka, niezniszczalna, mam nieodwracalne zmiany w kręgosłupie. To co się wydarzyło przez ten miesiąc jest nie do opisania. Mój rozwalony kręgosłup to mój największy nauczyciel jogowy i życiowy. Kosmos wiedział co mi trzeba były zapodać żebym wreszcie zwolniła. ❤️❤️Bo dopiero kiedy zwalniamy jesteśmy w stanie dokonać prawdziwe zmiany w życiu i w nastawieniu, w głębi siebie, w naszych przekonaniach, mamy przestrzeń żeby się rozwijać i ewoluować. Postaram się w najbliższych postach podzielić się tym przeżyciem.
