Last Night we served up some dishes from our new menu for 2019 ✨ We are so proud of this new addition to PMP. We have introduced hot food to our menu so that we can cater for your full event. Last night, along with 4 platter trays, we served up 2 platter trays of satay chicken skewers, a platter tray of home made sausages rolls with relish, home made meat balls with a tomato sauce, we also served up 100 slow cooked pulled pork & coleslaw rolls with crackle. As nervous as we were serving up our first items from this new menu, the response was amazing!!! Everyone LOVED everything and their wasn’t anything left at the end of the night. Beyond proud of us here at PMP. It’s not so easy to make a perfect meringue, trust me I’ve tried and failed many time but at Vegas&Rose @vegasandrose did an amazing job!! DUCK SPRING ROLLS: Roasted Peking duck spring rolls served with plum sauce $15 - (good crispy spring rolls with lots of duck inside) • STICKY PORK BELLY BITES: Cube of slow cooked pork belly dressed with sticky plum sauce, apple and lime salsa $15 - (the pork belly was tough and the skin was hairy which makes it unpleasant to eat and the hair itself was so pointy and sharp. One of them got caught in my throat and hurt for days. Do not recommend to order!!) • PORK RIB EYE: Barkers creek king pork cutlet on creamy mashed potatoes, sautéed leeks, cabbage and cranberry citrus jus $30 - (The pork was over cooked and was very bland. No season whatsoever in the mashed potato and cabbage.
