Lengthen our cut by placing all our weight on that inside leg. At the same time , distributing the puck cross body as we shift our weight . C cut to cross over to keep that stride length ——————————————————————————— 2️⃣showed the kids these videos of mat barzal prior to the drill breaking down his stride extension. Attn: sappy post Yesterday was a surreal day. You are probably thinking it was just another day at the rink for me but this day was like no other. My new program has started off to be a great success. To see the excitement of these kids when they walked in to the dressing room looking for their names on a jersey, was something I’ve never felt before.
