“What exercises do you do for your #ARMS & #ABS ?“
A question I am asked all the time. But it’s sometimes the hardest for me to answer because I do not focus on movements that isolate those muscle groups. Based on my goals, I focus on compound movements such as those featured in my Mini-Band Full Body Circuit. Isolation exercises still have benefits and a place in a well-rounded exercise program. There are times when isolating a specific muscle or muscle group is necessary and recommended. But there are also times when performing compound moves are a better option for your intended goals. Compound movements are efficient and are geared towards everyday movement/functional training.
Here are just some of my go to compound moves on a TRX which definitely put your arms and core to work and allows you to get a full body workout faster while still challenging you!
